Gemma
Gemma Extence (M.Ost) Gemma is a fully qualified Osteopath, Mummy MOT practitioner and Sports Massage Therapist, having graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a Masters in Osteopathy. GM Osteopathy is located in the South East, both in Swanley and Orpington.
Gemma previously has had experience working within the exercise environment, holding a diploma in personal training and GP referral exercise prescription, which enables her to provide tailored treatment plans incorporating exercises. Registered with the General Osteopathic Council, Gemma offers both Osteopathy and sports massage therapy treatments.
During my time as an osteopath I have had experience working amongst professional sports teams and athletes, including England rugby, The All Blacks and international NFL teams. I have also been based in several busy multidisciplinary clinics in the South East, working with many different types of patients of varying ages and backgrounds.
Since having my own daughter, experiencing the different stages of pregnancy and currently (still) going through the postnatal journey, I developed a keen interest in Women's Health. I am dedicated to providing personalized care and compassion to each patient, especially during the pregnancy and postnatal journey. My goal is to make this special time in their lives as smooth and stress-free as possible.
